SUNDAY HORSE RACING.
TO BE ALLOWED IN BERLIN. Received November 22, 9.20 p.mf BERLIN, November 22.' Race meetings have been arranged in Berlin for every Sunday from March to November, 1910. The Kaiser hitherto forbade horse racing in Berlin on Sundays, but has relaxed his command, finding that the racecourses were unable to pay without Sunday meetings.
