PRIZE FUR ALTITUDE. Received November 22, 8.25 a.m. LONDON, November 21. Hoping to win the Lazare Wieler altitude prize. M. Paulhan, in the department of Maine, rose in his aeroplane to a height of 1,200 feet. Mr Latham followed half an hour afterwards, and attained a height of 1,350 feet
