Received November 22, 8.25 a.m. TENERIFFE, November 21. After earthquakes in the island, three craters opened on the Pico De Teyde —the famous Peak of TenerifFe —the largest being on the north side. Streams of lava are flowing from the craters a mile long and 500 yards wide, at the rate of six yards an hour, and threatening the towns of Icod and Garachico, the inhabitants of which fled. The eruption is now diminishing.
