ARBITRATION TREATY
RENEWED.
KING MANUEL IN LONDON. ENTERTAINED AT THE GUILDHALL. Received November 18, 8.5 a.m LONDON, November 17. The arbitration treaty between Britain and Portugal has been renewed for five years. King Manuel, who is now in England, on a visit to King Edward, has been created a Knight of the Garter. King Manuel was accorded a cordial reception on his visit to London. His Majesty wa9 entertained at luncheon at the Guildhall, a»d presented with a civic address.
