METEOROLOGICAL.
By Telegraph—Press Asscoiation. WELLINGTON, Nov. 18. The following is Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast: —Warm and light raina have fallen in many parts of the country. Westerly winds have prevailed, but with gradually decreasing force. The barometer has fallen slowly everywhere. The present indications are for a change and showery weather generally. The barometer will probably rise slightly in the South, and then fall considerably lower for more unsettled weather. Strong and squally westferly winds will probably occur at times in most part 9 of the country.
