The Imperial Government is enforcing new measures to select immigrants for the South African "colonies. Aga Khan, president ot the All India Moslem League, and Ameer Ali, president of the London branch, comider that the new regulations constitute a fulment ot the pledges made to the Moslems, and are far in advance of the earlier proposals. They strongly recommend their loyal acceptance.
