(To the Editor). Sir,—ls it not time that you reminded the Mayor and City Fathers of the state of the footpaths in this pretty little town. Now that Christmas is approaching, and we are sure to have some visitors, and the hist thing they will say "Oh, what a nicely laid out town, but horrible and coarse footpaths." ■-1 am, etc., "SORE FEET/'
