TEHERAN, November 6. The situation at Ardebil in the province of Azerbaijan, i 9 becoming serious. The tribesmen under Rakhim Khan pillaged the town after they had captured it on behalf of the dethroned Shah. Many were killed in the fighting. The situation at the Russian ViceConsulate, where the Governor and notables took refuge, is precarious, being crowded with refugees. Relieving forces are being sent to the tuwn.
