TRIUMPH FOR "GRAFTERS."
Received November 5, 12.10 a.m. SAN FRANCISCO, November 4. The election of McCarthy as Mayor ot San Francisco, and Fiekerc as District Attorney, and the complete Labour Union ticket, is considered by many to be the end of the "graft" prosecutions and the triumphant return to power of the old Schmidt-Reuf regime in its worst aspects.
