TROUBLE IN FERSIA. I
TOWN SEIZED BY IRIBESMEN. United Press association—By Eleotric Telegraph Copyright. Received November 3, 11 p.m. TEHERAN, November 3. It is reported that tribesmen near the Caucasus under Rakhim Khan besieged and seized the town of Ardebil (110 miles east of Tabriz, with a population of 15,000) on behalf of the dethroned Shah. Massacres are feared.
