Stead, editor of the Review of Reviews, has opaned a bureau for the Spook Julia to enable people to communicate with the departed. Mr Stead reports remarkable conversations with deceased statesmen, including Mr W. E. Gladstone, Mr W. H. Smith, and Lord Beaconsfield, on the present political situation. Lord Beaeonsfield was very cryptic in hi 3 utterancu, but he added:— "Publish it if you like people to think you a fool."
