DIAMOND COMPANIES AT LAW.
CLAIMS TO THE RHODESIA DEPOSITS. Received October 28, 8.5 a.m. CAPETOWN, October 27. The De Beers Diamond Company issuing the British South Airicsn Company in the London Chancery Court, claiming under certain agreements all diamonds found in Rhodesia. / The defendant Company contends that the agreements were ultra vires, and contrary to public policy.
