THE PACIFIC COMPANY'S SCHEME. Received October 28, 10.25 a.m. MELBOURNE, October 28 The Federal Premier, Mr Deakin, has received a resolution passed by the Chamber of Commerce expressing the hope that the Government will support the scheme of the Pacific Radio Telegraph Company for link ■ ing up the islands of the South Pacific with Australia and New Zealand by means of wireless telegraphy.
