Foreign and English newspapers -aibliah sympathetic notices of Prince TUo, who was murdered by a Korean at Harbin, as the maker of modern Japan. Prince Ito's son, who is at, Genoa en route to Paris and London, recalls the assassination on 24thJMarch last by Koreans at San Francisco of Mr Stevens, who was an Ameri can partisan of his fat herV policy.
