FEDERAL SUGGESTION.

Tho Minister for Customs is securing expert opinions on the question of an unemployment insurance scheme.
The secretary of the Oddfellows' organisation considers the scheme feasible, and suggests contributions of 6d weekly or a penny each day a man works.
