Senhor Moret, in a brilliant reply on behalf of the Liberals, denied the accusations, and forced Senhor Maura to resign. The new Ministry has been formed, with Senhor Moret as Premier, Senor Perez Cabellers takes the portfolio ofForeign Affairs, and Gen eral Luque is Minister of War.
