VICTORIA'S STANDARD. MOST COMPLETE IN THE WORLD. Received October 21, 8.20 a.m. LONDON, October 20. The Pure Foo # d Congress Executive lias decided to publish the Victorian standards of pure food, which Mr i Taverner, Victorian Agent-General, presented. The list jxcited much admiration, as it is the only one of standards, in the British, Empire, and the most complete in the world.
