BENGAL TOWNS WRECKED.
MANY RIVER STEAMERS SUNK.

United Press Association —ijy Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received October 20, 8.3 a.m. CALCUTTA, October 19. A cyclone has .wrecked Goalanda and other Eastern Bengal stations. Many river steamers and a great number of native craft were sunk. It is.feared that a number of Europeans have been killed. No details are to hand, owine to the telegraph lines having been disturbed by the hurricane.
