HOP SUPPLY.
ACREAGE UNDER CROP IN ENGLAND.

Speaking at the opening of the Brewers' Exhibition, Mr G. Tabrum, chairman of the Hop Trade Association, stated that 32,539 acres of hops were grown in Great Britain in 1909. and that a still further decrease wag likely. Mr Kirkpatrick, the South Australian Agent-General, said' "If England will only apply, Tasmania can supply all the hops required."
