Received 0 tober 18, 9 a.m. OTTAWA, October 17. The enforcement of the law torbidding Canadian boys to Smoke cigarettes has resulted in a decline in the consumption; t> the extent of thirty millions in eight months. The total consumption of cigarettes for the period was 370 millions.
