Received October 14, 11 a.m. PERTH, October 14 Files of the London "Daily Mirror" state that the Householders' League proposes to establish a women's colony in Western Australia, composed entirely ol spinsters and widows. Under no circumstances will men be allowed to purchase land. The colony will be established near Albany, where Mrs Crawford., one of the promoters, who recently visited Australia, has ?ecured fifteen homesteads farms. She declares thai, the women are coming to Australia because there they have the franchise and the orot-ection and advantages which it affords.
