METEROLOGICAL.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON* October 13. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast:—Except in the Southern districts the weather has been generally fair and agreeable. Moderate to strong westerly winds have prevailed, except in the southernmost districts, where the weather has been very stormy at times. The barometer has fallen everywhere, an<l Deen remarkably unsteady in the South. Strong westerly winds changing to south, with coot and changeable weather, * are probable everywhere. Another westerly low pressure is due on Friday.
