STOCK MARKET.
Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report as follows on their fortnightly sale at Eketahuna yesterday:-—We had a medium yarding of both sheep and cattle, which sold well. Our entries in sheep did not come up to advertised numbers, but what were yarded sold well at advanced prices. Cattle also sold at advanced prices. We quote:—Fat wethers, 18s Id; store wethers, 13s Id tol4s 6d; mixed hoggets, lis. Cattle: Two year steers, £3 lis; empty heifers, £2 15s';ppringing heifers, £4 15s; dairy £4 15s £5 5s to £6 15s; cows and calves, £3 10s.
