The Dominion Government has reprimanded Mr Harris, its cor.imis?ioner at Yokohami, for insinuations contained in a letter on Japanese commercial morality. The Government has atao assured the Tokid authorities that it has no official knowledge -cf the commissioner's indiscretion.
