. -40. COMPETITIONS AT BERLIN. Received October 5, 8.30 a.tn. BERLIN, October 4. M. Rougier, a French aeroplanist, won the distance, altitude, and pussongerb' prizes at Berlin. The prizes aggregate £3,000. Mr Latham won the speed prize.
