The Spaniards at Zeulan during a strong reconnaissance repelled the Moors, and were withdrawing in good order 'when the Moors favoured by the condi'iin of the ground renewed the attack with the utmosc force. The enemy were repulsed, suffering heavih'. In the ranks of the Spaniards there were two hundred casualties, including General Vi«?aro, two captains, a lieutenant and fouiteen killed.
