A COMPLETE SUCCESS,
By United Press Association—Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received October 1, 8.35 a.m. MOROCCO, September 30.

General Marina's movement was a complete strategical success, but he tailed to engage the Moors, who slipped back through the hiils, and attacked General Sotomayer between Gurugu and Melilla, causing several casualties.
