FARMERS' REQUISITES.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have an advertisement on page 8 of this issue, of special interest to farmers. Their new season's wool packs have just arrived, as well as specially selected stocks of rape, grass and clover seeds. The Company ] make a speciality of the importation of jhigh grade manures, and guarantee analysis in every case. As agents for Lawe's superphosphate, the Company fills orders from all parts of the Wai • rarapa and Bush districts. Another important agency is that of Mc- ! Dougall's Dips, which are favourite preparations amongst a very large number of sheep farmers in this territory. The arsenical paste (poisonous) dips are claimed to be amongst the moat effective and lasting on the market, being abpolutely destructive to vermin, leaving the wool in perfect condition—an important fwctor when fleeces are placed upon the market.
