AUCKLAND, September 29, At the Supreme Court Nina Ethel Hoffmann brought an action against Sophia and Erlwina Hoffmann to secure provision under the will of William Paganino and Sophia Hoffmann, \he parties to the case bein3 three daughters. Hoffmann left his estate in trust to, pay income to the widow during her life after her death to two daughters, defendants. His wife left her property chiefly to defendants, but no provision was made for plaintiff's maintenance. Mr Justice Sim said the defendants' attempt was to show that plaintiff's character and conduce disentitled her to any benefit. It was proved that the property left to defendants gave them an income of J4OO. He made an order for payment to plaintiff ot £1 10s per week during her life.
