GIFT TO A COLLEGE.
LONDON, September 24
The Hon. Lewis Thomas, M.L.C., of Queensland, has presented one thousand pounds to the University College at Aberystwith, Wales, to found a scholarship for the boys of his native village in Cardiganshire.
