SEVENOAKS MURDER

The man arrested at Maidstone on suspicion of being concerned in the murder of Mrs Luard at Sevenoaks last year has been discharged owing to lack of evidence, despite the demand of the police for time to secure further evidence, notably in reference to a revolver in the prisoner's possession. The newspapers censure the police for the muddle.
