SECrtETARIAL CONFERENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, September 22. The Y. M.C.A. Secretarial Conference passed a resolution, recommending to the National Committee the appointment of a New Zealand Sectional Committee of the National Committee of Australasia. It was also resolved that secret aries present should endeavour to organise a camp conference of old boys in some central point at Christmas.
