In the Supreme Court, Mr Justice Sim granted a decree absolute in the case. Harry James Fraser v Mildred Esther Fraser, on the ground of miS' conduct with McLure, alias Gray, alias Fraser. Counsil fur complainant stated fiat the case had considerable notoriety from the fact that co-respondent was a rtlation of one of the noble families of England. He had run through a fortune here, and had been sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment for obtaining money by false pretences.
