"DRINK."
The picture "Drink" will be presented on Monday evening, at the Town Hall, under the joint management of Messrs T. E. Taylor and Henry Hay ward. She story is pathetic in most of its details, about in the earlier stages has a lighter tinge, which helps in showing what the ultimate result might have been had that weakness been overcome. The studies in light and shade are wonderfully adapted to cinematographic purposes, and supply many wonderfully dramatic situations, which give ample scope to the high-class artistes who delineate the many characters. Mr Hayward promises to support this picture with a number of interesting and humorous reliefs, to make up a pleasant evening's entertainment.
