FREEZING WORKS.

A contract for the erection of freezing works at Tokomaru Bay has been let to Bull Bros., of Napier, the price being £39,000. Seven tenders were received from contractors in Christchurch, Napier, Wellington, Auckland, and Gisborne. The works, expected to be ready in October 1910, will have a capacity for the handling of 2,000 sheep a day.
