FALSE IMPRISONMENT.
HEAVY DAMAGES
Received September 8, 8.51 p.m. SYDNEY, Septemberß. There was a seqjel at the Court to-day of the case wherein Daley was acquitted of a charge of attempting l to extort money from N, Willis. Daley, to-day, sued Willis for false imprisonment, claiming £2,000 damages. The jury returned a verdict for defendant.
