Received September 7, 8.30 a.m. BRUSSELb, September 6. The leading Catholic newspapers of Brussels declare that Prince Albert, nephew of King Leopold, and heir presumptive to the Belgian throne, who recently visited the Congo territory, was exasperated to see the terrible devastation and de struction of native life caused by the system estabiibhed by the King.
