AUCKLAND SUPREME COURT.
By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, September 6. At the Supreme Court, today, Wm. W Logan, alias Wm. Hogan, found euilty of bigamy, was remanded for bentence Wm. .lames Courtney, who pleaded guilty to an ind f ctment for false pretences, received a sentence of 18 months. Walter Carter, on a charge of breaking and entering and theft, was sent to gaol for 6 months.
