TOTICB is hereby given of the inten_S tion or the Castlepomt County Council, at a meeting to be held on the 25th day of September, 1309, to confirm the following resolution passed by way of special orders at a special meeting of the Council held on the Hfch day of August, 1909: 1. Authorising the raisin"; of a loan of /250 under " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," for erecting a bridge over the Taueru river, on the Alfredton-Tinni Eoad. 2. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on the said loan. 3. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charts on a loan of .£BO, oeing 10 per cant, on the loan of £BOO authorised to be raised by the Council for forming and fencing the road from Whakataki to Castlepoint. 4. Increase the number or Ridings within the County from three to four, and alter the Riding boaadaaies and name the said Ridings, East, West. North, and South, respectively.
