Weights for the First Day's Events tvill 1* declared on or about SATURDAY, 4th September, 1909, and for the Rpcond Pav's Events at the office of the Martin Jockpy Club (next White Hart Hotel.) ac 7.3.J on the evening of the First Day. Acceptances for the First Day's events will close with the Secretary at the office of the Club, Bulls, on FRIDAY, September 10th, 1909, at 9 p.m., and for Second Day's events at the office of the Marton .TncVey Club at 9 o'clock on the evening , of the Day. RULES. AH Races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing, The winner of any race after declaration of weights, to carry a penalty of Bib, of two or more races 101b, provided that any horße handicapped at Bst 101b and over will carry only half these penalties.
