STATEMENTS AS TO BUSINESS.

The Federal House has agreed to a postponement of the Budget debate, to enable the Estimates to be put through. The Prime Minister, Mr Deakin, has promised to give full opportunity to discuss the financial as well as the practical side of the new naval
proposals. The Postmaster-General, Sir John Quick, states that there will be no delay, as soon as funds are available, in installing a system of wireless telegraphy.
