LORD KITCHENER.

The date of Lord Kitchener's arrival In New Zealand after his visit to Australia about the end of this year has been'postponed. A telegram received from the Governor-General of Australia by Lord Plunket, states that owing to the difficulty of making prompt connection by steamer between Japan and Australia and the Admiralty being unable to provide a cruiser, the proposed itinerary will have to be delayed. He undertakes to further information from Japan.
