LATE FOOTBALL.
Received August 30, 12.55 a.m. SYDNEY, August 29. The League handed a cheque to the Sheriff covering the amount in dispute pending the Court's decision, and the nine Maoris arrested in connection with Mr Jack's claim were therefore released.
