Thorne, Labour member for West Ham. that at the instance of the Indian Government the entry into India of the Socialist newspaper, "Justice," had been prohibited, owing to its inflammatory and mischievous articles directed against British rule. Mr Thorne enquired why "Justice" had been singled out for prohibition. Similar articles had appeared in other papers. The Master ot Elibank asked Mr Thorne to mention those other papers.

Mr Thome replied, amid laughter: "Surely the honourable member does not think me quite bo fuolish." „
