BANK CLERK SENTENCED.
Received August 24, 10,40 a.m. MELBOURNE, August 24. James Martin Fitzsimmons, formerly a clerk in the Colonial Bank, has been sentenced, to three years' imprisonment on a charge of falsifying accounts.
