FATAL EXPLOSION.
AT GENEVA GASWORKS.
SEVEN PERSONS KILLED.
GREAT DAMAGE DONE TO PROPERTY.
United Press association—By Electric Telegraph Cepyright, Received August 24, 10.50 p.m. GENEVA, August 24. An explosion occurred at the gasworks at Geneva yesterday. Seven persons were killed and one injured. The gasometer was demolished, and great damage was done to property in the vicinity. Every window within a radius of two miles was smashed, and fiagments of glass injured sixty persons in the streets.
