By Telegraph—Press Association. PALMERSTON N., August 11. Tommy Burrs gave an entertainment here to-night. subsequently declared..that he felt better than ever before. He skipped and shadowsparred better than in Wellington aid boxed real lively contests with both sparring partners. In boxing O'Donnell the former slipped and fell on Burn-, re-opening an old ankle sprain badly,which hnd hurt him with Johnson. The result is that the duetor declares that.it will probably be a fortnight or longer before Burhs can do anything,and he proposes to go to j Rctorua to morrow for treatment, as it would be impossible for him to take up southern dates nt present.
