Received August 11, 10 p.m. r LONDON, August 11. „ The committee of the Surrey Cricket Club has resolved not to invite J. M. Crawford to play again for Surrey, because he declined to play against the Australians. Crawford replied that he to captain a team which did not include three essential players like Davis, Lees and Rushby, an independence which he trusts will still remain to every amateur in the United Kingdom. j
