A HANESOME GIFTT. Received August 9, 10.20 p.m. LONDON. Aueust9. The late Mr Harry Barnato's trustees have applied a quprter of-a million sterling for the building and endowment of an institution for the recjption of cancer patients with laboratories, the whole to be under the management of the Middlesex Hospital. With the exception of Lord Ivegh's gift for establishing the Lister Institute, Mr Barnato's is the most notable donation ever made for the assistance of Scientific research.
