(Prom Our Rpsident Reporter). Saturday. The weather siill continues unsettled here, and the rivers are, in the majority of cases, running bank high. This morning a quantity of water as lying on the Dalefield road, jijst over the railway crossiner. The Borough Council has given notice that in future the speed of motor card along any road or street under its control will be limited to eight miles an hour. Persons caught exceeding this speed will be prosecuted. There are at present eight inmates in Carter's Aged Men's Home.
